The lifeboat launched at 0445 hrs to assist a yacht in the 3 peaks race with a jammed rudder. Two of the crew were placed on board to assist the yachtsmen and the vessel was towed with the assistance of Porth Dinllaen Lifeboat to Caernarfon Dock.

June 25 Port Dinorwic

The lifeboat was launched to render assistance to a fishing boat near Port Dinorwic, with 2 persons on board, which had a rope around the propeller and rudder. The Lifeboat towed the fishing boat to Port Dinorwic and it was secured alongside.

June 21st 11.14am The Swellies

The Beaumaris Lifeboat was called out to an incident involving a local fisherman in the Swellies. The fisherman, in his mid to late 20s and from Bangor, had walked from Church Island to a rock in the Swellies to fish and then found he was cut off due to the rising tide. The crew rescued the man and took him safely to shore at Menai Bridge pier before returning to the lifeboat station.

June 19th 17:00 Menai Bridge

A jet ski with 2 persons on board suffered engine failure near Menai Bridge. The lifeboat was launched to give assistance and towed the jet ski to the slipway in Menai Bridge.

June 19th 12:09 Beaumaris Pier

Beaumaris RNLI were called out to assist a fishing boat with engine failure off Beaumaris Pier and towed both the boat and crew back to Menai Bridge.

June 14th 12:11 Off Puffin Island

Beaumaris RNLI Lifeboat was called out today at 12.11 to respond to an incident involving a capsized canoeist off Puffin Island. On arrival at the scene, the lifeboat crew found two people unharmed in the water. The canoeists were brought aboard the lifeboat along with their canoe and were dropped off at Llanfairfechan.

June 13th Gallows Point, Menai Strait

The lifeboat was launched in response to a report of an object floating in the water near Gallows Point, which was thought to be a person in distress. On arrival, it was found that the object was a bucket. The lifeboat was stood-down and returned to Beaumaris.
